no shipping method error

    I need help. I downloaded and set up Freight Center according to the support docs and I am running Twenty Fifteen theme.
    However I keep getting this error when checking out:

    There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

    No matter how I set this up live or sandbox I keep getting this error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    This error may be due to the plugin being out of date with newer releases of WordPress. We’re very sorry for the delay in response and resolution.

    At this time, we have resources dedicated to fixing the API calls related to the shipping methods error as well as a new plugin release that is up to date.

    We will notify users once we have a new release available.
