    Hi,

    I have a problem with the shipping methods. We have devided the cpuntry into different shipping areas depending on postal code. But as of this morning, when adding a product no shipping cost or method is found.

    My client says thay have not changed the shipping cost lately either. Has there been an update regarding shipping?

    I understand you have set up and configured your shipping zones by splitting countries into zip code regions for shipping, but as of this morning, you are no longer able to pull the configured rates and instead, you see an error message.

    As a first step, please send us some screenshots of your overall shipping zones scree, as well as the method settings for the first zone, so we can take a closer look.

    Additionally, please also add your status report as found under “WooCommerce > Status” page.
