    “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help”. I have setup a zone for everywhere and using the Australia post plugin with default package details. During debug mode the array is coming up as blank for package details. As a note the site is currently coming up as not secure – could this be the problem. We are currently checking ssl certificates. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thank You

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    I checked this product:

    It looks like the item weight is currently set to 100kg, which exceeds the allowed shipping limits, so Australia Post is not returning any shipping options.

    Please correct the product weight, then the shipping method should appear again at checkout.

    the weight is now set to 0.138kg and still the same error message. any other tips. thanks for your quick response

    I can still see it as 100kg. Please change the variation weight.

    I found the variation and changed it. thank you. but it is still giving me the same error when I switch off flat rate shipping. any other suggestions?
