No “show notices” button!

    "You can see these notices at anytime simply by clicking the Show Notices button in the top right-hand corner."

    There is nowhere a link or button to show the notices, that are successfully hidden – and yes, there are notices and yes, they are hidden.
    But there is no button to show them.

    Please fix this!
