    hi,
i’m using this plugin as a booking system for my classes.
The total capacity of the class needs to be 35. I need there to be 2 groups (basics and advanced) which i have set up as 2 “services” with different capacities. I need 20 people to be able to book into the same time slot for the “basics group” service and 15 people to be able to book into the same time slot for the “advanced group” service.

someone booked in for all the dates i have available into the advanced group (capcity of 1 per date) and now i can’t book in anyone into the basics group and it keeps showing up with no slots available.

I made a new calendar and the same thing happened. when i book someone in with quantity of 1 to every date, the other service shows as “no slots available”.

I have updated all my plugins and i’m running the latest version of wordpress.
I have checked the capacities several times and all settings show up as they should.

Someone please help me this is so frustrating

    Hi,

The default behavior of the plugin is to share the availability between the services in the same calendar. This means that if the service “A” is booked at “11:00” then the time “11:00” won’t be available for other type of services.

If the version of the plugin you are using you will need to setup each service in a different calendar.

The solution to apply that configuration over the same calendar is a commercial feature, screenshot: https://apphourbooking.dwbooster.com/images/articles/avoid-overlapping.png

With that option each service will have separated availability, that means that bookings made for one service won’t affect capacity of bookings for other services. If you need more information about this feature please contact us directly on our site since commercial features/products are not supported in these forums. We will happily answer this and any other questions you can have on our own site.

    Thank you!

    Ok thank you.
    That makes sense.

My problem was that it was only 1 person booking in and there was still more availability but that may be sorted if i use the feature you’re talking about. I will have another look
