It is the self-hosted review form, located on your site. Do you customize the form template and remove the submit button? I suggest you try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a WordPress theme and recheck the issue with another form to see how it work.

I did not customzie the form template and did not remove the submit button.
I received reviews from this form in the past.
The only change I can think of is the plugin update.
I also deactivated the other plugins and changed the theme but when I checked the link I showed you, there is no submit button.
I did not check other form and do not know how to check other review form as I do not have any link to check it except the one link I have from a customer who informed about no submit button.

I see that there is an error at the form footer where the submit button is displayed. Please enable WP debug log, see if there is a fatal error in the log and share it with me. It will help me understand what’s wrong with your site.

I enabaled degub logs but no error or warning appeared from the review plugin.
After changing the site language to English instead of Hebrew it works fine!
I did not translate the plugin’s pot file so I do not know why it makes this error with Hebrew.
Since I need the site to be in Hebrew language, I need your help in solving this issue in Hebrew mode.

So it could be affected by a third-party plugin or a block of code in your theme. I suggest you deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a WordPress theme and recheck the issue.

Deactivating the plugins and changing theme did not solve the issue.
It removed the error from the bottom part but the Submit area still missing.
Only changing the site’s language to English solved it and I need the site in Hebrew.

Since our plugin doesn’t have a ww.wp.xz.cn translation for Hebrew (https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/), I understand that you created the Hebrew translation yourself. If an English version of the form is working correctly but there is a problem with Hebrew version of the form, it is most likely caused by a typo in Hebrew translation. Please try the following steps to resolve it:
- Delete the Hebrew translations that you created so far
- Verify that the review form is displayed correctly after that
- Add Hebrew translations string by string and verify that the form is working after adding each new string
This approach will help to identify which translation string is causing the issue.

The problem started before I added Po / Mo Hebrew translation files.
The only Hebrew translation I had in the beginning is from the plugin’s setting.
Only after the problem has started and I understood it’s related to a translation problem, only then I added the Po / Mo Hebrew translation as I thought that this might resolve this issue.
So the Mo Po files do not seems to me as the problem.
