No Submit Button in Additional Settings

    Hi everyone,

    I am trying to configure the WP Super Cache plugin by following a tutorial on Youtube and most of it is pretty straight forward but when I get to the additional settings page and select a few options I cannot find a Submit button like in the tutorial to save the changes.

    When I click on the Save Changes button only some items I have selected are being saved.

    Any advice about this would be very welcome.
