No subscription widget is working

    Hello

    No free subscription widget it working for me. I’ve tried WPForms, Icegram and others.

    They all install fine onto my website but when I click ‘subscribe’ I never get a confirmation email.

    Jet pack worked but I want a more in depth plug in with more user options.

    If anybody could help me with this via a walk through of in day ablation I’d really appreciate it.

    I’m looking to collect and send email/ newsletters etc.

    Can this all be done through one plug in?

    The lack of confirmation emails is a potential issue withyour installation.

    Although you say jetpack worked, so that is a bit strange one works and another doesn’t.

    Did you check your spam folders? Are you using ‘fussy’ free email address to test with e.g. yahoo outlook that drop spam?

    Do you receive any other email notifications? (new user, change password, etc)
