For last two(?) versions this happens on login page after sending login data (wp-login.php). There is WP 5.1.1 because of old PHP 5.3.27

    Exception thrown
There is no suitable CSPRNG installed on your system

I will move to newer server, however in the mean time, I can login to admin only when Wordfence is disabled (7.3.2)

    Hey @mrtvykenny,

It should still work without error using the versions you’re using. I believe this is going to be of a PHP configuration issue rather than a version issue (but please do upgrade PHP as soon as possible).

Ask your host if they can configure base_dir to access /dev/urandom and let me know if it helps.

    Thanks,

We have the same issue. We have to deactivate the plugin, beacuse we are on php 5.6. Our hoster ist planning an update soon. 🙁

But in my opinion CSPRING is natively supportet only at php 7.x.x, you maybe should update the specifications for wordfence.

    Hey @koji89,

We’re making improvements on our side. But the advice I previously shared is the way to resolve it. It’s more a PHP configuration issue than a version issue.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
