NO SUPPORT!!

My easyrecipe plus that I paid $25 for worked seamlessly for awhile, then suddenly stopped adding recipe boxes in my drafts. I submitted a ticket, they have a whole support website set up to do this…but it is a total scam. I submitted my ticket almost 2 months ago and it still says ‘processing’ I am assuming since there is no support, there is no maintenance and a recent wordpress update probably bugged something. So why are they still selling it???!!! have no way to add recipe boxes now, and no way to fix anything. Crap, and totally deceiving.
