Hi @ggstuff, thanks for following up with me! Although GitHub is actively monitored by our developers, it is not the place to receive support. We use GitHub exclusively for bug reports, not for support requests. Since there are a lot of bugs being reported each day, we sometimes lack the resources to respond to every issue in time. Sorry for that.
Our support team monitors the support threads on ww.wp.xz.cn since a few months, so that’s the best place to receive support when you have problems with the plugin.
Hopefully, that explains things a bit more. Also, I’ve left a reply on the issue on GitHub you created and I’d love to help you if I can 🙂
