NO support

I upgraded to the Pro version, had a question about how to perform a booking function that’s super important to me (Jan 31, 2019) and *still* no response (open ticket claims it’s only a week old but as you can see by the date of this review, it’s more like 2 weeks), and I can’t even figure out how to get a refund – cause, honestly, if they can’t answer a simple “does this app do this?” type question, then I probably don’t want to to use this plugin.
So disappointed cause I actually liked how this looks on my site – but if I can’t even get support then what’s the point. I’d rather have a half-assed freebie with support.
