    First impression, one star, the email sent was not processed.
    Second step, resumption of communication with the developer, very good surprise, he is responsive, and is dedicated to help 🙂

    I admired the sharing according to his latest realease, Thanks!

    If you look at almost every single title of all the five star reviews we have they unanimously rave about how good the support is. Instead of leaving a one star review it would be appreciated if you would create a support thread in the ww.wp.xz.cn forums or send another support email. I am
    happy to answer any questions you have.

    I am not aware of any unanswered support emails so it’s possible yours never came through. I am not sure why your first reaction was to immediately go the one star route instead of trying to reach out to me.
