We have replied to your concern in your email already, I hope you checked the email, please check the spam folder as well. Well, the issue of PHP is not related to the theme. There is some problem with your installation which we have mentioned to you over the email as well. Our theme has been used by many free and paid customers and the PHP error is never been reported before.
We can refund you your money if you are not satisfied.

Hi,
Yes, that is true you found me through email since that, but I raised my first ticket more than a week ago. You answered my 3rd report.
I replied your mail, sent the attachment and the other requested information but no answer since that.
The issue should be related to the theme since I get the message only with your theme (I tried many other) and I found the problematic method call in functions.php.
Let’s make it clear, I will not request a refund, you theme is actually awesome. It’s very simple, but looks great at the same time. I tried many others but still this is the best. Please help me resolving this and I am happy to increase the rating even if we can’t find the solution.
