This is a large and complicated plugin so it is very likely something will go wrong.
Would you like to expand this, so we can better understand what you find it hard? While it’s true that the main Jetpack core plugin includes many features that might be tricky to navigate, we also offer stand-alone plugins that offer specific features, which should ensure an easier user experience.
That’s the real world but what I find dissapointing is the lack of support. Look at the support forum link for the plugin on WordPress site and you will see a vast number of threads that haven’t been responded to, let alone resolved.
We’re working on a backlog of support requests at this time, and we generally answer in the order received. We never leave an open thread unreplied, we valued our users too much to ignore even the smallest question or request. We might be a bit slower in replying now, but we don’t leave anyone behind.
Also, we do have a looong list of pages with resolved threads. You can see many threads being marked as solved already on page 1, and from page 3 onwards they’re mostly all marked as solved.
If we didn’t reply to a thread that you open, please point it out to us so we can rectify it, and answer it. Thanks!
