NO Support, Disappointing

I should have realized when the reviews were so old when I purchased the BuilderPro theme. But I was very new at WordPress and did not realize the difference between a good theme and a bad one.

This theme on the surface seems good, with the different building aspects. But what made it soooooooo disappointing was the complete lack of support. I submitted three support tickets, 2 weeks apart, and NEVER received any response. They have no problem taking my money, but when I needed help….complete silence.
I suppose if you can do everything on your own, the theme might be ok, but if you want any support, do not use this theme!
