• I have bought the PRO Version. Lot´s of Bugs. Tried to contact support, no feedback received at all. Until. Before you buy, try to contact them before. I will still try to get feedback or money back. Not very hopeful though….

    i encourage you to explore support threads in the future. “Lots of Bugs” is pretty harsh seeing as there are over 500 active installs currently so I doubt they are experiencing the same thing.

    Thank you for the feedback.
    It proofs my point.
    After many support contacts from me, the first feedback arrives on this post, more then two month after.

    I never had to be encouraged to “search forums” when I buy a PRO product.

    Other users problems are not my concern as my problems are not other users concern. As a good provider you should never EVER answare to a costumer like “others are not facing problems so you are wrong”.

    Anyway, as you can imagine this was lost money to me and I have appreciated your ” thank you for buying “.

    The way you answare more then 2 month after its the perfect way to show my point.

    I strongly suggest you start to read not only support threads but also the terms of purchase when making any purchase in the future.

    Purchasing the “Pro” version from this site does not gain you priority over response times on the support forums

    Legitimate support questions via the appropriate support channel are responded to much much sooner.

    Again: the only thing positive here is that others can see who you are.
    The only thing wrong about my review is that O can not give – values.
    I have no intention at all to spend one more second of my time (not as expensive as yours)

    I am sorry if you felt those facts were rude. I was only trying to say that your conclusion that there are “lots of bugs” is inaccurate and basic support comes in the form of updates and via proper support channels. I will process a refund for you if you submit one because you are unable to resolve your issue.
