@dpandya, I submitted a ticket via the link you shared. Here are the screenshots of the automated replies I got:The email from SureFeedback states my ticket number is 1248019. And I can see this ticket when I login to help.brainstormforce.com.
Anyways, I have submitted another ticket. Hopefully, you guys will see the ticket this time around! The new ticket number is 1252302.
