    They sold me plugins for $139 (with $10 off) but it didn’t work correctly. They didn’t reply my emails for last 7 days. I asked for refund but never replied this emails too..

    I apologize again. Your initial e-mails never reached our inbox. They may have been caught as spam and we never saw them. As soon as we noticed your e-mails on August 18, we processed a refund and as a courtesy left your license fully active.
