    Please do not start multiple support threads for the same question. This makes it less likely, not more likely, that I will take the time to support you. Your previous thread is sufficient.

    Apologies. I thought you missed the original post as there was no reply. If this has been answered before, please point me in the right direction as I am stuck. And I used my one chance w/our developers to get the plugin installed – so I need to get this working.
