no tags added

take it easy, have a good day, I have a wordpress site under http://www.stelyonakata.com. When I used the Taxonomy plugin in the past, I could add tags when I added text. but now the tag is not added to the add tag on the right side of the text screen, you write the tag, but when you say add, it stays that way. When I look at it, it adds a tag to the post by itself. can you help me. I wonder if I have a setting to activate the tag on the post page
