My first thought is to suggest bumping after 2 hours is a great way to remove your post from the unanswered queue that many volunteers use. Patience.
Secondly, without a link this is difficult to diagnose, but it sounds like maybe you changed one (or both) of the URL values at Options -> General to point to where the blog isn’t instead of where the blog is.

Thanks for your response but everything in my phpadmin checked out. Still no change. Everything is left justified with no “skin”.

There are themes listed. I’m hesitant to post the link to it. The DNS has not resolved. That is I’m still accessing it by ip number. I don’t know if this is really an issue. Just trying to be cautious. I’ve contacted my hosting service about this – it’s been 72 hours. I understand that it should take 48 hours or less.

Actually, the correct sentence is – or more.
And yes, it could be a problem. Especially, if your blog is displayed at a temporary address and you have soemthing else in the two URI values in Options > General.
I had checked options but that was not the problem. My hosting service said he had seen this when a blog was created before the domain name had fully propogated and apparently that was he problem. It is resolved now. Thanks for your help and interest.
