No toolbar

Hi.
I’m trying to enable toolbar (button to copy, print, etc), but just doesn’t work!
Already enabled toolbar in settings and added option toolbar=true in shortcode, just doesn’t! What am I missing?
The source code is showing fine, just can’t get toolbar to show.
