    If I have marked a order as shipped without tracking id. Will the tracking information be hidden from the “complete order” email?

    Yes, If you marked the order as shipped without tracking id than tracking information will be hidden from the “complete order” email.

    Thank you. Is it possible to add a link to the “order notification” -mail, (that goes to the shop) with a option to add the tracking id to the order?

    For an example:
    <link> Add a tracking id to the order </link>
    <action: popop window> “Enter track id:”. </popop window>

    Hi, once you add tracking info to the order, the tracking info is sent to the customer in the email with a tracking link. you should make sure you include the tracking info to the order status emails in the AST general settings
