    Hi there,

    For some reason, the plugin is not tracking the checkouts. I followed the instructions. Is there something that I missed?

    Hi Davis,

    Currently, you have multiple tracking codes on your site:

    – GTM-TTQMHH8 is added with GTM4WP (this plugin)
    – the same container code is added manually into the header of your site – this causes double tracking and also that data present in the GTM data layer can not be processed during the first container load
    – another plugin is also active that adds a Google Global Site tag (gtag.js) into your site causing another round of tracking the same pageview

    First of all you should remove the manually added container code and disable this other analytics plugin. Could you enable cash on delivery payment option on this staging site so that I can place a test order?

    Hi there,

    I removed the plugin liked you asked, I also removed the extra tags as well. As for the payment you can use a fake credit card.
