Can you please provide me more details on your issue? Are you referring to editing buttons next to contact form list in Manager section or is it something else?

I installed a new version of the plugin. After this I have two issues: It’s no more possible to submit a form (script error), and I cannot edit an existing form. No problem to create new forms.
I read the following instructions:
If you want to update the plugin while preserving your existing contact forms, you need to deactivate and delete the Contact Form Maker from the list of installed plugins (Do not uninstall it using the Uninstall Contact Form Maker option of the plugin) and install the new plugin. Afterwards, go to Contact Form Maker>Manager and on the upper hand of the screen click on the “Update Contact Forms” button. If the update is successful, you will see a notification message saying, “All Contact forms are updated!”.
Therefore I think it’s an update problem, and I should run the update script.

Maybe the update was not made properly, e.g. some tabels where not created during the installation. What I can suggest you here is the following. Using FTP access go to your WordPress wp-plugins folder and remove contact form maker folder. Then proceed with standard installation from your WP admin. This should resolve the issue.
