Hi @drivony
Do you mean you unable to update the plugins from your installed plugins page? Can you please record a video and share it so that I can understand the exact issue properly and provide you a solution.
Thank you
Hi @drivony,
I hope you are well. I use Adminify on different websites and I don’t see any auto-update issue: themes, core and plugins are correctly auto updated.
I can find an issue just on a website that is not hosted by me and are on a shared hosting and also maybe has not much visitors. This website sometimes get update frozen so I need manually update plugins and core. I don’t think and I don’t see any evidence the issue can be caused by Adminify.
As the kind support asked maybe will be useful know why do you think the problem is caused from Adminify.
A look to the WordPress documentation may help you.
Upgrading WordPress
Hi @peopleinside
Thank you so much for your explanation. Yes I also properly checked the update. There is no problem regarding update. I know that “some WordPress hosting providers may block or interfere with plugin updates, usually due to security, stability, or licensing reasons.” But I want to debug this problem for @drivony . Any video or screenshot or console log error will be very helpful for me to understand.
Thanks for sharing the upgrading wordpress referance for him @peopleinside
Hi,
Sorry for the delay. I had to wait for an update to be available.
I’d love to share a screen recording, but I don’t want it to be publicly available. Do you have a private space where I can share the file or a link?
Thanks
Hi @drivony
Thanks for responding. Please visit our plugin page https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/adminify/ and you will see a “support” link beside “live demo”.
The problem was with the checkbox in plugin update in Disable notice. That’s why theme plugin update was not coming. https://prnt.sc/cO_LT-ZKKjU-
