    I don’t receive any file when someone upload during checkout. Tried all settings turning on, but nothing happened. Kindly help me with this, in my website if you type any thing in “Direct Message to new followers (Optional)” then Upload File option will occur, and you have to upload file. But after successful order no attached file received.

    having the same problem. it only worked once and then didn’t ever since

    Same issue here. A client of mine has been using and noticed that the uploads had stopped a few months ago? I just spoke to him today and then jumped on there to see if others are having similar issues…
