    Thank you for your review and I am sorry about any issue you experienced.
    W3 Total Cache is a free plugin. Have you had any issues after upgrading to PRO? if so please drop us a note via the plugin in Performance>Support or via our website https://www.w3-edge.com/contact/
    wp.org forum is not suitable for support for Pro users.
