    Firstly, I purchased the pro version of this plugin. Buyers Remorse.

    I agree with the reviewer who was displeased with the inability to incorporate PayPal Sandbox testing. We were resorted to making an actual transaction, which was successful, so we proceeded to go public.

    However, when we went live, first sale was a customer stating the download redirect returned an error. I looked at the plugin’s sale history, and there was none, yet both parties had received confirmation from PayPal. Upon checking FTP, I discovered the plugin failed to create the download file. I checked the developer’s forum, made sure the folder had write permissions, everything was in order.

    But the real issue, is I emailed them twice for support, and though they guarantee a reply within 24 hours I have yet to receive anything back.

    So I have a purchased plugin that is not doing precisely what it claims to do. Money is being transferred without any delivery of product. Unacceptable. Luckily, I was still able to give the customer a positive experience by providing the file directly…Except that’s exactly what I paid the plugin to do.

    Please, check the spam folder in your email application because I’ve answered to all your emails, all of them with a similar answer. I’m pasting the answer to the latest email I sent you, below:

    You should be sure the IPN (Instant Payment Notifications) is enabled in your PayPal account, or the website won’t be notified after be purchased a product, and in this case the Music Store cannot generate the download link, and won’t send the email to the buyer with the download link.

    Furthermore, each time I try to visit a page in your website, I need to enter a captcha code, the problem is that this page will be loaded when PayPal tries to notify the payment to the IPN in your website, and won’t be possible to achieve the IPN script by PayPal. So, you should to deactivate the page with the captcha from your website.
