Hi,
So we looked at your documentation. Our hosting’s server sends e-mails just fine. No 3rd party plugins, we tested again, no e-mails from your server.
Please fix.
Thanks
Please send me your registration page url.
Regards
Can you please, tell me what was the issue, bcz I have the same problem.
After I installed the plugin, I set the templates to not sending emails, then manualy approved the users, but it has sent emails to all.
Then I set them to Yes and now no emails are received?
The hosting server sends emails.
HI, @tanyamoll please send me your registration page url.
Regards
I fixed it, when I turned off SMTP.
Is there some solution to work with SMTP, that would be great!?
Which plugin are you using for SMTP?

Hi,
So I sent you a support ticket on your site b/c I don’t want to give you my URL here.
But I’ve turned off your plugin b/c no one can log in if it’s turned on. So how are you going to be able to test?
And we also turned off the SMTP, but that didn’t fix it for us.
Thanks

Yes, but it was just the same thing you already asked us.
I just responded.
sorry for the late reply, is this issue still happening?
Plugin stopped sending verification email on registration after updating to WP 5.5, WooCommerce 4.4.1 and Storefront 2.6.0. Before this update it worked perfectly. Verification email is send from clicking “Resend verification email” so I guess the problem is with the compatibility of the latest Storefront default registration form.
