No video

    I have set up a Gallery and Theme but when I preview the gallery all I get is a white rectangle with slider bars and a progress wheel spinning.

    I also imbedded “[syg_gallery id=http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLu4KIJtauWm6g84GOnrd6bJpzUNFdLXRZ]” on a page but nothing shows when the page is loaded.

    Please advise

    Hi,
    to be honest, you must embed like this [syg_gallery id=YOUR_GALLERY_ID]. YOUR_GALLERY_ID must be equal to the numeric ID shown in the gallery table. For example [syg_gallery id=1] if you want to display gallery 1. Try again please and let me know.

    Ok that worked. Two follow ups. First, the videos don’t “slide” on my IPAD. Is this incompatible with the IPAD? Second, how do I get the videos to stack vertical like they are in your demo?

    At the moment, the slider have a little problem on mobile browsers, Im trying to fix it in the upcoming release (1.4.0).
