    Hi kkaluza,

    Did you set up your chatbot using a free IBM Cloud account and configure the plugin with your chatbot’s credentials? This free course guides you through this process if you haven’t done it yet.

    By default, the chat box doesn’t display until you specify the pages on which to display the chat box in the “Behaviour” section of the plugin settings, so make sure you also complete that part of the set-up.
