I need a validation email before user get access. ex
step one user register
step 2 user get email with a link to validate used email for registration
setp 3 user use this link to complete his profile
setp 4 user receive email confirming that he completed the registration
can you help with that or recommand a plugin that works
Did you enabled Debug option as per instructions above? If you did, did you check the log file and report back.

Are you saying that the log file reveals nothing? Or that the log file says that there is a problem? If it is the later can you post here the log file results.

I need a validation email step before that user get access. now when a user register with a fake email ex [email protected]. he recive an confirmation email of registration.
THE QUESTION IS CAN WE SEND A VALIDATION EMAIL TO COMPLET THE REGISTRATION BEFORE THE SUCESS REGISTRATION EMAIL
There is no option to do that with free registration at the moment.
