I am not 100% sure I understand your question. There is an option called ‘Add nofollow tag to outgoing links’ at the bottom of the Advanced tab under Library Settings page. Checking this box will add a NoFollow to all links.

Yes, I wanted to add a no follow tag.
In the spanish versión of the plugin the lowest part of the library settings is not translated, so I guess you are refering to “Tilføj nofollow-attributter til udgående links”
I am not 100% sure that is the right link.
