Nofollowing Specific External Links

Plugin is not reliably working for me. I am trying to follow all external liks BUT nofollow a select group of external links. I am unsure how to configure my settings in order to make this happen. I believed that the settings I would need are the following:
1. Under the “External Links” tab, mark all as follow.
2. Under the “Exceptions” tab, drop the URLs I would like to nofollow in the box “Exclude external links by URL.”
3. Under the “Excluded Links” tab, mark all excluded links as nofollow.
Please let me know if I am using the plugin correctly to see the results I wish to see.

On another note, I’m not sure if there is an issue with some of the functionality, but my current settings have marked all External Links as nofollow norefferer noopener despite my settings being to nofollow all, with norefferer and noopener not selected in the main “External Links” tab
