How is that possible and above all how can I change it again?
google crawled the header(/?elementskit_template=header) and excluded the side . is that why the header is not displayed correctly in the google preview in the search console? and in the end the whole website is not indexed correctly.

Hope you are doing fine. If you are using the Ranks Math plugin, Then use the following code to the robot.txt file.
User-agent: *
Disallow: /?elementskit_template=
Disallow: /?elementskit_widget=
Disallow: /?elementskit_content=
Please check the screenshot for a better understanding. But if you are not using the Ranks Math plugin, keep the robot.text file to the root of your site.
