Hi, i need to noindex pagination for comments, so for all the page “comment-page-1”, etc.

    I post here more information.

I already read this, but my old comments are worthless, so i want to noindex comment pagination.

  • Hi @manilo23,

We don’t recommend turning on comment pagination in your WordPress settings since this could cause a problem with duplicate content. You can read a discussion about the reasons why in Jono’s response to this issue: https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/15809.

Thanks Priscilla, so there are no solutions if i have over 400 comments on a page, and this causes the page to slow down?

Your question is a bit outside the scope of the support we provide. Giving SEO advice, in most cases, requires a deep analysis of your site to provide accurate advice for your specific setup, even for what may seem to be a simple question.

We understand that not everyone has the interest or time to learn SEO. Our main advice at this point would be to check for a local SEO company and see if they can help out. If you are using a web development agency, you could ask them, as most agencies have at least a basic understanding of SEO as well – the good ones do.
