Both the options related to archives and What the difference?

Noindex Paginated Pages
Set this to on to prevent /page/2 and further of any archive to show up in the search results.

Noindex Archive Subpages
Prevent paginated archive pages from getting indexed by search engines.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

Here is an example:
https://mythemeshop.com/blog/page/2/ – this is the normal paginated page
and
https://mythemeshop.com/blog/category/miscellaneous/interviews/page/2/ – this is an archive subpage
