Noindex Nofollow Problem

Hello,

In spite of following the instructions to go to Admin >> Privacy and making sure the correct radio button is selected, as was indicated in some other posts, I have several sites that refuse to have the noindex,nofollow meta tag removed.

What do I do now? Here are a couple of the sites. If you view the page source you will see the meta tag displayed.
