non admin users dashboard

hi,
when a non-admin user is going to the site dashboard there is there a “Leaflet Maps Marker – recent markers” section.
i know it can be removed by the user from the “Screen Options”

i don’t want this to be available at all to any kind of user.
but how do i remove it all together?
