    Hi there,

    I think you have done some wrong settings.

    Please make sure:

    1. You have not allowed people to mark ticket as public in general settings
    2. You have not checked any role in Role Management for giving agent or supervisor capabilities unless you want to make them agent or supervisor

    If this is fine all tickets will be private for customer on front end.
    Let us know if this fixed here!
