Non existant support

You would have thought that by looking after customers who are trying out the product would be a priority as potentially this would convert into purchasing the premium version.
Well in this case support has been non existent – definately wont be purchasing the premium version and will give them 1 more day to get back to me (been 2 weeks and 3 days since initial contact)
IF not its thanks – but no thanks.
