Non existent support

Firstly, please don’t tell me to go to premium support. I have tried that and have not had a reply since 11 am today.
The plugin was fine yesterday. All of a sudden this morning I do t have access to the premium features. I checked the freemium portal and according to that, I am on the free plan. I paid for premium in July last year.
Premium support told me they would contact freemium support. Apparently, they usually respond quickly. That was over 6 hours ago.
I really need the plugin working so signed up again for premium. They sent me a new license key which didn’t work. So I deleted the plugin a re installed it.
Now I get an error that I am not allowed to have 2 licenses.so I have paid for 2 licenses and can’t use either of them.
Can someone please take ownership of the issue and actually help?
Sorry for the rant but I’m going to start losing customers if I don’t get this fixed
