    While Colibri is a seemingly a great design add-on to WordPress, the technical support is non-existent. I have a 5 site license and am currently trying to get a site upgraded to Pro, to no avail. I am getting an error on my site when adding the license key and I have been repeatedly ignored despite several attempts to get technical support from the developer. This is not acceptable for a paid subscription. Very disappointed in what this plug-in has become.

    EDIT: After a couple days of waiting for the Colibri support team to respond, they finally did and applied a custom patch to my site to get the Pro version of the plug-in up and running.

    I have used Colibri for a few years now it is my go to tool for making a WordPress website looking as visually appealing and professional as possible. I do recommend Colibri as a plug-in as I have generally and overall had a great expeirence with it.
