    Hello,

We’ve recently moved from flat rate shipping, to this live rate. However have just found out only GBP is supported, meaning customers are not being offered any royal mail shipping (under free amounts) at checkout.

I can see theres an upcoming pro version which does, is there any support or way to get this now? Otherwise we would have to undo all of the new live shipping work.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Hello @devksec,

If I understand correctly, you’d like to have a support for other currencies than GBP. Indeed, we offer that in the PRO versions of our Live Rates plugins. There’s no walk around for our free plugin to be multicurrency compatible.

The best way to be notified, once we release the PRO version is to sign up on our list:

Please confirm if that addresses your question.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

We’re already on the waiting list. Is there an ETA on the pro version ?

We may have to rollback/remove this plugin, due to the lack of multi-currency support at which point, and find an alternative. I’m not sure if we would then bring it back after the matter.

    Hello @devksec,

Thank you for pointing out that the multi-currency support is an essential feature for you – I already noted it down for our team.

I’m sorry but we don’t have an ETA for the Royal Mail PRO version. Before we release a new plugin or feature we gather user insights like yours, keep track of the ecommerce market, and research technical specifications. Since all of them are dynamic, I can’t offer a timeframe for the PRO plugin.

Nevertheless, I assure you that we’ll email you once it’s ready.

I’m marking this topic as resolved for now. If you’d like to ask about anything else – please open a new thread.

    Kind regards,

    Piotrek
