• This plugin author spams your WordPress admin console CONSTANTLY to review their plug-in. Includes a large banner. No matter which option you choose, the spam continues. I’ve already succumbed to the blackmail and left a previous review, AND I’ve clicked “already posted this review”, and the spam never stops. And to think I actually PAY to get spammed like this. Disgusting.

    Hello @ericmktrsolutions

We are sorry for causing you any inconvenience. This question is more of a technical issue and it would be great if such questions were posted in the Support forum.

Thank you for reporting this issue to us, we are already working to find the reason why the banner was not closed properly. I think this will be resolved within the next few hours.

    Thank you!

When closing the banner, a flag is set in the website’s database indicating that the banner should not be shown to that particular user. In your case, the banner may have been shown in cases where you reinstalled the plugin, logged in with a different admin account. Currently, when you close the banner, it will be closed for all users at once. Press the synchronization button in the plugin settings if the banner is currently being displayed.
