non‑working license

Dear Sir or Madam,
Since September 2025, I have been trying to get my purchased license to work. Despite repeated contact with your support team, I am continuously redirected without receiving any actual solution. This has now been going on for months.
I have paid in full for a product that should function properly. However, the license still does not work, and I have been forced to perform updates manually for months. This is unacceptable and does not meet the expectations I may reasonably have as a paying customer.
You can review my previous report under ticket number #28943. Unfortunately, this has not resulted in any resolution so far.
I urgently request that you resolve this issue immediately and ensure my license is fully operational. If this is not possible, I demand a full refund of the purchase amount.
If no adequate solution is provided once again, I will be forced to consider taking legal action.
I expect your response within a very short timeframe.
