    This is one of those plugins that should and must be designed as a (optional) MU-plugin for security reasons. It only takes one individual to “accidentally” un-install / deactivate it thus making it useless and preventing everyone from logging in. Therefore this cannot be used as a mu-plugin and 13 resource errors when installed as a must-use plugin.
