Non-wp.com site posts not showing in wp.com reader

A while back I migrated a wp.com site to a self-hosted site (http://www.livinginclips.com/). The wp.com account had a custom domain purchased and in use.

The old wp.com site is now working as a site redirect to the self-hosted site’s URL, which is the same domain that has been transferred away from wp.com and is now hosted with another domain service.

I have since added and connected Jetpack to the self-hosted site, however none of the posts show up in the wp.com reader when I access the feed for the site on reader.

Any ideas about why the posts aren’t showing up in wp.com’s reader? JSON API is enabled, and the RSD and XML-RPC stuff is available in the headers.
